This new apartment building is just across Washington Boulevard from the Terrace Building, just north of Towles Court, between Adams and Golf Streets.
Proposed earlier as 139 units with no attainable housing, as of December 2023 the revised proposal features 242 units, including 25 units priced as attainable housing (which is required under bonus density rules). 10-story Structure includes parking garage. The site has been fenced, and derilect buildings demolished. This project HAS BEEN APPROVED. |

Prior, VERY PRIOR iteration: A21-ASP-01 Artist Court: a mixed-use building with approximately 4,026 square feet of commercial space, 69 apartments and a parking structure with approximately 166 spaces at the northwest quadrant of the Adams Lane and Washington Boulevard intersection. The property is currently occupied by three commercial buildings and a surface parking lot. The applicant proposes to demo the existing northern building and construct additional surface parking. Access to the existing and new parking lot will continue off Adams Lane. The new mixed-use building and parking garage will be accessed off Golf Street. The property is zoned Downtown Core (DTC).
